Terms of use

These terms cover this website and the early-access list. They do not cover the Atelier application or Chrome extension, which are in private pre-release; anyone invited into the pre-release receives the terms for that separately.

The early-access list

Joining the list asks us to send you one invitation when a place is available. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or commit either of us to anything further. We may invite people in any order and may close the list at any time. You can leave it at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].

What the site says

The site describes Atelier as it exists during pre-release. Features, pricing and availability may change before general release, and nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will ship or that the product will be offered on particular terms.

Using the site

Do not submit addresses that are not yours, automate submissions, or try to interfere with the site or the service behind its form. The site’s content and the Atelier name and mark are ours; you may link to the site freely but not reproduce its content as your own.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty about it and are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

What we collect and why is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. The site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]; questions go to [CONTACT EMAIL].

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new terms.
